Know before you go:

South Beach Surf Club begins with a land lesson, where you learn safety first and how a surfboard works, what to do and what not to do.

• You will learn how to avoid contact with surfers and swimmers,

• You will learn wave height, condition and rip current safety.

• You will learn all on land before we go in the water.

• You will be with a professional caddy, who will guide you to the break and you will get a one-on-one lesson. 

• You will be coached into your first couple of waves, until the instructor feels you are ready.
